WHY CHOOSE BARRETT SERVICES

BARRETT SERVICES founder Aaron Barrett has association to the Kokatha and Wiringu Tribes, both found north of South Australia and incorporating Ceduna and the western side of the state. Aaron’s Grandmother, Margret Elizabeth Eve Gray (‘BETTY’) born in Point Bell, was the youngest to 6 brothers and 3 sisters. Fredrick, Betty’s Father passed away when Betty was 4 years old. At this time, Betty and her family moved to Denial Bay living in a tin shed whereher older brothers were taken to Kooniba Mission. Hartley (Betty’s Brother) ‘GUGDJARK’ Clothier (was recognised as a well-respected Aboriginal Elder, passed away in 1992) taught Aaron about the land and culture as valuing the gifts of life, water, air, fire and wind.
